Products
Many of our products are made in small batches using natural ingredients and seasonal harvests.
As a result, colours, flavours, aromas, textures, and appearances may vary from batch to batch. These natural variations are an intentional part of our work and should not be considered defects.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or modify offerings without prior notice.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
While we make every effort to ensure pricing and product information is accurate, we reserve the right to correct errors or cancel orders affected by pricing inaccuracies.
Products are available while supplies last.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier performance and seasonal demand.
House of Tonic is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, weather events, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Experiences & Accommodation
Bookings for accommodation, tastings, workshops, or events may be subject to separate booking terms provided at the time of reservation.
Accommodation booked through Airbnb is governed by Airbnb's own Terms of Service and cancellation policies.
